Welcome to bat393. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bat393 platform available at bat393.bet, including all betting, casino, virtual sports, and related services offered through the website. By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on bat393, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

bat393 is operated as an online entertainment and betting platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. The platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and processes transactions through payment methods commonly used in Pakistan, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard.

To register and use bat393, you must meet the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bat393 takes a zero-tolerance approach to underage gambling. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that online betting is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. bat393 provides its services on the basis that you have confirmed your own eligibility under the laws applicable to you.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Accounts cannot be registered on behalf of another person or entity.
• Not a bat393 Employee: Current employees of bat393, its affiliates, partners, or software providers are not eligible to hold or use a bat393 player account.
• One Account Only: Each individual may hold only one bat393 account. Players found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts closed and any balances forfeited.

When you register a bat393 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a unique email address. bat393 accounts are registered in your real name — nicknames, pseudonyms, or false identities are not permitted.

bat393 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• A clear copy of your CNIC (front and back)
• A recent selfie or live photo for identity confirmation
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of wallet registered in your name)

KYC verification is a one-time process for most members and typically completes within 2–4 hours during business hours. bat393 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity mismatch, or compliance concerns. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your bat393 account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. bat393 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact bat393 support immediately.

bat393 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (to any Pakistani bank), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at bat393 is Rs 500. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed instantly. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours to reflect in your bat393 balance depending on your bank's processing times. bat393 does not charge any fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal at bat393 is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00pm PKT are processed on the same day for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Requests received after 8:00pm PKT will be processed the following business day. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–2 business days.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• bat393 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply standard transaction charges.
• First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.
• bat393 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that are significantly larger than typical account activity.
• Dormant account balances (no login or transaction for 12 months) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as outlined in the bat393 fee schedule.

All bets placed on bat393 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or event. In cases of conflict between general bat393 Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence. Specific betting rules for cricket, football, virtual sports, and other categories are available in the Rules section of the bat393 platform.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake for any single bet at bat393 is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed in the betslip.
• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when bat393 displays a confirmation message and the bet appears in your bet history. Selections shown in the betslip but not confirmed are not valid bets.
• Odds Changes: Odds can change between the time you select and the time you confirm. bat393 operates an "accept better odds" policy by default — if odds improve before confirmation, the improved price is applied. If odds worsen, you will be prompted to accept the new price.
• Void Bets: bat393 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the stake is returned in full to the player's account without interest.
• Event Postponement: If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bat393 will typically keep bets live for the rescheduled fixture. Events postponed beyond 48 hours may have all bets voided and stakes returned.
• Abandoned Matches: For cricket matches abandoned without a result (e.g., due to weather), pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned unless DLS or an official result has been declared.
• Accumulator Settlement: All selections in an accumulator must be settled before the accumulator bet is paid out. If one selection is void, it is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections are settled at their original odds combination.

All casino games and virtual sports available on bat393 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random, statistically unbiased, and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party — including bat393 itself.

Virtual sports events at bat393 are computer-generated simulations. They are not real sporting events and their outcomes have no connection to real-world fixtures, form guides, or player statistics. Virtual sports results are determined entirely by the certified RNG and each event is independent of all previous results.

• Game Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a casino session, the affected round will be voided and your stake returned. bat393 does not honour winnings generated from a malfunctioning game state.
• Disconnection: If you lose your internet connection during a live casino round or virtual sports event, bat393's system records the game state at the point of disconnection. The game will continue and settle according to the recorded state. If you were mid-bet, the bet is settled on the outcome that was being played.
• Minimum Casino Stake: The minimum stake per casino spin or hand is Rs 10, with maximums varying by game and table.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x–30x depending on the promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-generated winnings is permitted. The exact wagering requirement is stated for each individual offer.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Household: The bat393 welcome bonus is limited to one per person, household, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different registrations constitute a breach of these Terms.

• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified period (usually 30 days from crediting) will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• bat393 Discretion: bat393 reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided this does not affect the rights of members who have already accepted and are actively meeting the terms of an existing offer.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bat393 bonus offers — including through coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — is considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and, in serious cases, account suspension.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bat393 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering with false, inaccurate, or another person's identity information
• Operating more than one bat393 player account simultaneously or sequentially
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with bat393's systems
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes in bat393's platform for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with real or virtual sporting events
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity through the bat393 platform
• Colluding with other players in casino games or betting pools to gain an unfair advantage
• Sharing bat393 account access with any third party, including family members
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate deposit transactions through your payment provider (chargeback fraud)
• Using a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your location or circumvent bat393's access controls

All content on the bat393 platform — including but not limited to the bat393 name and logo, website design and layout, software, game graphics, text, data, and multimedia content — is the intellectual property of bat393 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bat393 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bat393 content without explicit written permission.

bat393 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering at bat393, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bat393 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required by law, for payment processing, identity verification, or fraud prevention. bat393 retains account data for a minimum of 5 years following account closure in compliance with applicable financial record-keeping regulations.

bat393 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for the vast majority of our members, betting is an enjoyable form of entertainment. We also recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem — and we take that seriously.

bat393 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all members at no cost through the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each bat393 session. A pop-up will alert you when the limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications reminding you how long you've been playing and your net win/loss position during the session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks. The account cannot be reactivated during the cooling-off period.

bat393's liability to members is limited to the amount of funds held in their bat393 account at the time a claim arises. bat393 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, anticipated winnings, or opportunity arising from inability to access the platform during planned maintenance or technical outages
• Losses resulting from a member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials
• Losses resulting from the member's own error — including misplaced bets, incorrect selection of odds, or staking more than intended
• Losses due to internet connection failure on the member's side during a game or live betting session
• Third-party payment provider processing delays or errors beyond bat393's reasonable control

bat393 will not be held responsible for any event that constitutes force majeure — including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government-imposed platform blocks, or telecommunications infrastructure failure across Pakistan.

bat393 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering
• The member has breached any provision of these Terms
• The member is found to be under 18 years of age
• The account is identified as a duplicate of another existing bat393 account
• The member has initiated a chargeback against a bat393 deposit transaction
• The member has been self-excluded or placed on a responsible gaming exclusion list

In cases of account closure due to a member breach, bat393 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a serious breach (fraud, identity falsification, multi-accounting), the balance may be forfeited in part or in full. In all other closure cases, any legitimate balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method within 10 business days.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bat393 support. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned to the member's payment method within 5 business days.

bat393 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bat393 will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated version date is always displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bat393 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendments, you should cease using bat393 and contact support to close your account. Any bets already placed before the amendment date remain subject to the Terms that were in effect when those bets were placed.
